    Do I need an account?
    You can register an account to have an overview of all your orders. Of course you can also order without having an account. For more questions about your account, contact us via the contact form.
    I have not received an order confirmation - what now?
    Did you place an order but did not receive an order confirmation in the last hour?

    Then there may be several reasons why you did not receive confirmation:

    - You may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly.
    - Also check your spam folder. It may be that the order confirmation has ended up in this folder.
    - The order process did not proceed correctly.

    If none of these options apply to you and you still have not received an email after placing your order, please contact our customer service via contact@beeredee.com with the subject: "No order confirmation received". Then they check whether your order has passed or not.

    PAYMENT METHODS

    Which payment method I can use? 
     - Paypal
    - Credit cards, We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
    - Klarna pay after 14 days from the delivery

    DISCOUNT CODES

    How can I use a discount code?
    You can use a discount code at the end of your order (in "Your shopping basket") by entering the code of your code in the "Discount code" field. Note that you do not type a space before or after the code as the code is not valid! You can only use one gift card code per order.
    I did not receive the newsletter code - what now?
    If you, you have registered for our newsletter and have not yet received a discount code, please check your spam folder. It is possible that the e-mail has automatically ended up there. If this is not the case, wait about 60 minutes. If you still do not receive a code after this time, you can contact our customer service via our email contact@beeredee.com 
    Can I combine multiple codes? 
    Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine several discount codes. 
    I forgot to use my discount code
    Unfortunately, we can not apply a  discount code to an order that has already been initiated. But you can of course use your code with your next order.

     

    ORDER'S CHANGES


    Can I change my order?
    Unfortunately, editing your order is not possible.
    As long as your order has not yet been transferred to our logistics partner, we can still cancel your order and return your money. As soon as your order has already been transferred to our logistics partner, we can unfortunately do nothing more. We ask for your understanding.

    Can I cancel my order? 
    You have spontaneously decided to go for another product? No problem! As long as your order has not yet left our distribution center, you have the option to cancel your order. Please contact our customer service at contact@beeredee.com. 
    We will then ensure that your order is canceled and your payment is refunded via the preferred payment method. Please inform us about your order number. 
    If your order has left our distribution center and has been transferred to the courier, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.

    Can I change my address? 
    As long as your order has not been transferred to our distribution center, you can still change or correct your address. In this case, please contact our customer service via email at contact@beeredee.com  with the subject: "change address". Your delivery address will then be changed. As soon as your order has left our distribution center, you are unfortunately unable to change your delivery address. Adjusting your billing address is also no longer possible after this point.
